Air Products Increases Quarterly Dividend 8.5 Percent
32nd Consecutive Annual Increase Reflects Commitment to Return Value to Stockholders
LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa., March 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Air Products (NYSE: APD) today increased the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock to 77 cents per share from 71 cents, an increase of over eight percent. This marks the 32nd consecutive year that Air Products has increased its dividend payment.
The dividend is payable on May 12, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2014.
