Air Force Names Leading New Jersey Based Honda Retailer Honorary Commander
Top Honors to Recognize Michael Saporito's Contribution to America's Military Families
HAMILTON, N.J., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Air Force announced it has given its prestigious Commander status to Michael S. Saporito, founder of one of the largest Honda retailers in the world, Hamilton Honda. Saporito was presented with the honor on May 24, 2010, at McGuire Air Force Base by Major Elizabeth Clay. The exclusive recognition is given to leaders who display exceptional dedication and professional excellence to their country and community.

Speaking to the new Honorary Commander, U.S. Air Force Colonel Gina M. Saporito has already assisted his comrades by creating the Military Vehicle Purchase Program for active, reserve and Guard Air Force, Army, Navy and Marine Corps military at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. All military personnel and their families are eligible for special pricing and service through Saporito's dealership, Hamilton Honda. Saporito partnered with 5-time NFL Pro Bowler Jessie Armstead to open a 65,000 square foot dealership on 12 acres in Hamilton, which is in central New Jersey and is 15 minutes from the military base.
