Air Conditioning Fully Restored at Caesars Atlantic City
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Regular air conditioning service has been fully restored at Caesars Atlantic City.
"We are back to business as usual. All of our guest rooms, restaurants, shops and the entire casino floor are 100 percent air conditioned," said Joe Domenico, Senior Vice President and General Manager at Caesars Atlantic City. "We are grateful to our guests for their cooperation during this period. We also want to thank all of our staff for dealing so well with the challenges faced during a few very hot days."
Caesars and several Boardwalk businesses lost air conditioning service last Thursday evening due to a water main break connecting them to Pepco Energy Services' Midtown Thermal Control Center. Caesars had remained open thanks to emergency "chiller" trucks, which provided air conditioning. Domenico thanked Pepco for its efforts in getting the air conditioning back online so quickly.
