Air Arabia Enters into Maintenance Agreement with Hamilton Sundstrand for APS3200 Auxiliary Power Unit
FARNBOROUGH, England, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW -- Air Arabia has signed an exclusive maintenance agreement with Hamilton Sundstrand Power Systems to provide long-term repair and maintenance support for its APS3200 Auxiliary Power Units (APU) installed on 16 existing Airbus A320 aircraft. Hamilton Sundstrand is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
The APS3200 APU is currently on board more than 1,600 Airbus A320 aircraft around the world and has accumulated more than 23 million hours since entering service.
