AIP Aerospace Appoints Steve Palagyi as President of Texstars

SANTA ANA, Calif., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AIP Aerospace announced today the appointment of Steve Palagyi as President and CEO of Texstars, LLC.  In this new role, Steve will assume leadership for Texstars' operational and financial performance along with expanding the company's technological and market leadership in transparencies and thermo-plastics. 

Steve Palagyi has had an impressive career in transforming businesses through the advancement of technology and operational excellence.  As Principal (Partner) at PwC, Steve led the Industrial Manufacturing Advisory practice, and worked with multiple companies to transform their global operations, increase their competitiveness, while enabling rapid growth.  He was also involved in establishing and implementing strategies that expanded market presence, brought new products and operating models to market, and integrated with operations.
