NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Keeping up its tradition of encouraging employees to follow the highest of standards, AHRC New York City announced today that it will be participating in Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week, organized each year by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics& Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE & HCCA). This year it is being held November 4 through 10. As a part of its efforts AHRC New York City will be sending out clever corporate compliance posters to all residences and facilities, publishing a special edition of FACTS FRIDAY, the intra-agency newsletter, holding a luncheon for the compliance staff with the CEO, and holding a compliance contest for staff to participate in. All of these activities are key to maintaining AHRC NYC's commitment to being an ethical corporate citizen.

Corporate Compliance and Ethics Week is an extension of AHRC New York City's ongoing compliance and ethics program, which is headed by Dr. Marie Cavallo, who is certified in Healthcare Compliance & Privacy.
Standard company-wide compliance and ethics education is held at least annually to reinforce with employees, and our board of directors, AHRC New York City's commitment to compliant and ethical behavior. In addition, ongoing trainings and meetings are held as needed to roll-out new and updated compliance and ethics program policies & procedures to keep compliant and ethical behavior in all that we do to provide services to the people we support.
