AHP adapted its evidence-based Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) publication series to help those who are struggling with isolation find ways to connect with themselves and others. The guide is available as a free digital download.
As rates of depression, stress, and other mental health issues rise during the COVID-19 pandemic, people are seeking ways to reduce feelings of fear, isolation and loneliness.
