Karen joined AHM in 2008 as Vice President, Strategic Client Delivery, with her role comprising process reengineering, division strategy, and business operations. Previously, Karen spent eight years as a management consultant to technology and services companies. Her areas of focus included product development process and governance, product strategy and large scale program management.
