AGT International Enters Brazil

ZURICH, July 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AGT International, one of the fastest-growing public safety and security solutions organizations in the world, today announced that David Barioni has joined as Chief Executive Officer of AGT Brazil. Based in Sao Paolo, Mr. Barioni will be responsible for overseeing AGT International's entrance into the Brazilian market and the growth of new business lines. AGT Brazil is primarily focused on providing governments and corporations with end-to-end public safety and security solutions that address the complex challenges associated with urban management, mega event management, and critical asset protection, particularly on- and off-shore oil companies.

Mr. Barioni most recently served as CEO of Grupo Facility S.A. He has also worked for Gol Airlines, Vasp and served as the head of TAM Airlines from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Barioni led the implementation of the Command and Control Centers for Vasp, Gol, TAM and the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Mr. Barioni is a board member of the Ayrton Senna Institute, the Executive MBA Program at the University of Pittsburgh in South America, FIESP's (Industry Federation of Sao Paulo) Superior Strategic Council and a member of the Administration Board of Julio Simoes Logistica S.A. He is an International Master Commander, instructor and flight security agent with Cenipa (Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention Center), and is specialized in special cargo and crisis by management Iata (International Air Transport Association).
