Agrinos Announces Two New Members of its Board of Directors
OSLO, Norway, July 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading biological crop input provider Agrinos is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors. Matthieu Baumgartner and Svétoslav Valkov were approved to serve on the Board of Agrinos by shareholders at the June 29th Annual General Assembly meeting in Oslo, Norway.

Matthieu Baumgartner is a founding partner of Treïs Partners LLP, London, and Chairman of the Board of Manor Investment SA, Luxembourg. His experience includes business management, financial control, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions, gained through his positions with Schneider Electric and Air Liquide in Europe, the United States and Japan, and investment leadership through Manor Investment SA.
Svétoslav Valkov is Director of Fertilizers at SNC-Lavalin, Brussels, specializing in business development, design and engineering of fertilizer plants. With degrees in process and chemical engineering, his diverse background includes more than 18 years in the prospecting and promotion of engineering activities for the development of new commodity and value-added fertilizers, with a dual emphasis on the equipment design and fertilizer development processes.
Baumgartner and Valkov join current Agrinos board members Nick Adamchak, Morten Bergesen and Jean Baptiste Oldenhove.
Agrinos also extends its sincere thanks to outgoing members Kristian Johansen and Gerardo Esquer for their contributions to Agrinos during their years of service. Johansen joined the Board in November 2013 and recently served as acting Chairman. Esquer has served on the Agrinos Board of Directors since its inception.
