AgriEuro Corp Engages Architectural Firm For Development Of Its Resort
BUCHAREST, Romania, Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- AgriEuro Corp. (OTCQB: EURI) today announced that it has engaged Tehnomontaj, one of the largest construction firms in Romania, to design its resort project.
As part of the engagement, Tehnomontaj will complete a geotechnological study and design 2D mapping for the location, which includes the preliminary layout of the holiday cabins on a 5 acre island on the existing property that will be completely equipped with AgriEuro Corp reed roofs and solar panels. These cabins are to be designed to be fully green and energy-efficient and to blend in with the surrounding nature.
This will be followed by the design of the development on the Black Sea shore, consisting of a hotel and spa where tourists will be able to enjoy a premium beach experience.
Linking these two areas will be a 5 km promenade where tourists will be able to walk, use electric vehicles or bicycles to move around and partake in activities such as bird watching, fishing and photography.
"AgriEuro Corp is very excited to start on this preliminary phase of our potential resort. We plan to respect all rules of conservation of our unique UNESCO World Heritage Site during this entire process." said Radu Cosmin Monda, CEO of AgriEuro Corp.
