FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., June 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) today announced the execution of a ten year lease with Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc. in the former Borders Books location in Wichita, Kansas. Vitamin Cottage, operating since 1955, is a growing national chain of 45 Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage stores located in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Wyoming, and soon Kansas, Missouri & Oklahoma.
