The only fully upgradable family of five-in-one oscilloscopes in its category, this series offers unprecedented levels of flexibility, integration and ease of use among units that use an embedded operating system. With the industry's fastest 1,000,000 waveforms per second update rate, engineers will find even the most difficult design problems faster. The oscilloscope stays fast even with digital channels, protocol decoding, math functions or measurements activated.
