Agaia Inks Long-Term Licensing Deal For Evolve With Germany's BUFA In EU Market

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Agaia, Inc., innovators of Evolve®, the only natural green cleaning technology capable of outperforming petroleum-based cleaners, detergents, degreasers, deodorizers and disinfectants announced today the signing of a multi-year licensing agreement with BUFA GmbH, a leading chemicals manufacturer based in Oldenburg, Germany.
Under the agreement, AGAIA has granted BUFA the exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights in several EU countries for the company's patented Evolve natural cleaning technology. BUFA will also become the manufacturing supplier of Evolve products to Agaia for its business in EU market countries. The companies are continuing to explore future joint opportunities with Evolve for industrial, automotive and food processing applications.
Evolve represents a disruptive cleaning technology and sets a new standard in green cleaners with five of its cleaning products for industrial and institutional use having met and surpassed the prestigious Green Seal organization's standards for both efficacy and sustainability. All Evolve Products are formulated from all-natural materials and are biodegradable, nontoxic, hypoallergenic and phosphate-free.
