WASHINGTON, April 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) President Charles T. "After over four years of extensive study and debate, the facts about the Keystone XL pipeline are clear: studies have concluded that the pipeline will have no significant environmental impact; and Keystone is critical to strengthening our national security and energy independence; and Canada's oil sands will be developed regardless of what the U.S. does. Most of the Keystone XL Pipeline system has already been built so the Department of State should stop stalling and expeditiously grant TransCanada the Presidential Permit necessary to complete the remaining 876 miles of pipeline."
