Affordable Lotus Garden Apartments Unveils SoCal's First CARMATRIX© Parking System
Exclusive Media Sneak Peek of Innovative CARMATRIX© at Affirmed Housing Group's Lotus Garden
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- On October 1 at 9:00 am, Affirmed Housing Group will debut the innovative CARMATRIX© parking system to members of the affordable housing community, local residents, and the USGBC at Lotus Garden Apartments (750 Yale Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012). The parking system will allot for up to 17 cars at once, maximizing the number of cars that can be parked on site. The unique, semi-automated CARMATRIX© parking system at Lotus Garden will be the first in Southern California, second in California.
At this exclusive October 1 event, media are invited to see the CARMATRIX© in action prior to Lotus Garden's Grand Opening. The CARMATRIX© parking structure by Harding Steel allows users to park their cars on platforms, which can move vertically and horizontally for a stacking effect. Event guests and speakers include:
