Affärsverken Consolidates FTTH and ADSL Networks With PacketFront Software's BECS

Affärsverken, a utility company in southern Sweden operating several City networks, is now expanding the use of their BECS Network Management System to include even ADSL customers.

Affärsverken recently acquired Karlskrona Nät, an ADSL network with 2500 connections. Affärsverken has incorporated Karlskrona Nät in the existing PacketFront Software's BECS system creating a homogenous management of both FTTH and ADSL networks. All customers in Karlskrona Nät go into the same system that manages multi-play services in the fiber-based City network.
