AFA Explores Cyber Security in Inaugural CyberFutures Conference
Conference Highlights Cyberspace with Discussions, Exhibits, Job Fair and CyberPatriot Finals
ARLINGTON, Va., Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Air Force Association recently announced its new CyberFutures Conference and Technology Exposition, to be held March 31 – April 1, 2011, in Washington, D.C., at the Gaylord National Hotel.
Themed "New Strategies for a New Domain," CyberFutures will focus on the challenges of developing and implementing effective cyber security policy and of applying technology in meeting those challenges. With an eclectic group of speakers from the federal government, private sector, academia and military, CyberFutures will be an energetic discussion on the threat environment within cyber security and initiatives taken to secure it.

CyberPatriot III, AFA's unique education initiative, will be concluding for the school season after six exciting months and several preliminary rounds. CyberPatriot is the national high school cyber defense competition designed to increase students' awareness in cyber security and technology.
