The conference celebrates the achievements of diverse STEM professionals during three days of networking, workshops, seminars and collaborative learning.

For the ninth consecutive year, Aerotek will be serving as a key sponsor of the event. Highlights include:

Science Spectrum Trailblazers – Two Aerotek contractors will be recognized during the Trailblazers and Emerald Honors Dinner. Dwayne Armbrister, electrical engineer, and Rafael Valdez, systems engineer, will receive honors as Science Spectrum Trailblazers in their field. Modern Day Technology Leaders – Two additional contractors will be recognized at the Modern Day Technology Luncheon. David Tran, electrical engineer, and Marcus Rugger, software engineer, will be recognized as Modern Day Technology Leaders. This award recognizes bright women and men who are shaping the future of engineering, science and technology.
Navigating the Complexities of Today's STEM Workforce – Aerotek will host a Signature Seminar titled Navigating the Complexities of Today's STEM Workforce, featuring a panel of industry subject matter experts.
