MEXICO CITY, Sept. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Aeromexico, Mexico's global airline, announces that starting on December 10th will connect Mexico City to Managua, Nicaragua, six times a week.
With this development, Managua will be positioned as Aeromexico's 5th Central American destination and the 14th place among Latin American routes served by the airline, enabling its passengers to connect to more destinations all over the world.
As a result of this new route, bilateral relations between the two capitals will become closer in commercial, economic and tourist terms, considering that Mexico is the third largest investor in Nicaragua and its second largest destination for exports among the countries of Latin America.
The six flights Aeromexico will be offering will be operated by an Embraer 170 aircraft, seating 76 passengers, with the following schedule:

Through Aeromexico's wide network of destinations, Nicaraguan passengers will not only have access to Mexico City, but they can also connect to key U.S. cities such as Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, New York, Washington, Dallas, Montreal and Denver, as well as more than 40 important cities in Mexico, three in Europe, two in Asia and one in Canada.
