Aegea Releases 3Q26 Funding Update

SÃO PAULO, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For the purposes of the provisions of CVM Resolution No. 44, dated August 23, 2021, Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A. ("Aegea" or the "Company") announces the following updates to its funding strategy since the end of the second quarter of 2026 (2Q26).

During this period, the Company secured R$1.5 billion in new financing transactions detailed below, reinforcing its ability to access credit:

(i)  R$700 million in 'Ecoinvest' debentures for Companhia Riograndense de Saneamento - CORSAN, with Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., with a 10-year maturity;

(ii)  R$420 million related to the three-year extension of a debenture issuance of Águas de Governador Valadares SPE S.A., with XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A.;

(iii)  R$330 million related to the three-year extension of a debenture issuance of Ambiental Metrosul Concessionária de Saneamento SPE S.A., with Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul S.A. (Banrisul).

With these transactions, the total financing disbursed by the Company in 2026 amounts to R$6 billion.

In addition to these funding transactions, in September, the Company signed a mandate with IDB Invest for up to US$400 million in long-term financing for Águas do Pará SPE S.A., with disbursements expected in 2027 and 2028.

The Company also clarifies that Águas do Rio 1 SPE S.A. and Águas do Rio 4 SPE S.A. have their long-term financing structures fully secured, comprising capital markets transactions and financing from the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES), the Saneamento para Todos program, Proparco and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Disbursements are expected to follow the investment execution timeline, ensuring the availability of the resources required to continue the investment plan, with no need to refinance the existing financing structure.
