ADVISORY - ERIE COUNTY - THURSDAY - Secretary Osborne to Tour Erie LIFE Center With Senator Wiley & Give Remarks on Medicare's 50th Anniversary

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 21, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In recognition of Medicare's 50^th anniversary (July 30), Department of Aging Secretary Teresa Osborne will tour The Village at Luther Square, where the federal Living Independently for Elders (LIFE) program provides coordinated medical and social services to older adults who choose to remain in the community rather than a nursing facility. Afterwards, Secretary Osborne will give remarks alongside Senator Sean D. Wiley (D-Erie) and LIFE center officials.
