Advertising Age Names Leo Burnett a 2011 Best Place to Work
Leo Burnett is the Only Large Chicago Ad Agency to be Recognized on this Year's List
CHICAGO, Aug. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Leo Burnett, a global advertising agency, has been selected as a 2011 Best Place to Work in Marketing and Media by leading trade publication, Advertising Age. To earn this accomplishment, Leo Burnett competed against 150 other advertising, media and marketing firms from across the U.S. Leo Burnett was one of only 30 agencies to be recognized and the only large Chicago advertising firm to make the list.

The publication issued an agency-wide employee survey, which played a significant role in the ranking process. The employee survey measured aspects of workplace environment that contribute to an engaged staff, including issues such as fairness of pay, vacation time, relationships with management and co-workers, and career development.
