Advanzeon Solutions, Inc. Expands Provider Network Through Agreement With Concentra

TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanzeon Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: CHCR), the "Company," announced today that an Agreement has been signed with Concentra giving the Company access to an additional approximately 600 medical facilities/clinics in 40 states.  The Agreement, which is effective immediately, provides, in part, that Concentra facilities will render standard commercial driver examinations as specified by the Department of Transportation ("DOT") to the Company's commercial driver members and, when indicated, supply the Company with an appropriate prescription for the member to obtain a home sleep apnea test.  While the Agreement relates specifically to exams specified by the DOT, the Company expects to be able to also refer its non-commercial driver members to Concentra, as well.

Mark Heidt, the Company's President, stated, "We believe with the addition of the Concentra facilities, the Company now has, by far, the largest provider network in the nation for purposes of identifying and servicing sufferers of sleep apnea.  The Company's network of physical facilities now covers approximately 40 states, and its telemedicine reach is in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.  We do not know of any contracted network even close to those numbers.  The addition of Concentra dramatically expands our national footprint and ability to deliver our services to both our union and non-union members, from coast to coast.  We currently have a high concentration of commercial drivers in the Western part of the U.S. and expect that population to continue to grow.  We also expect additional commercial drivers to join us from the Eastern part of the U.S.  Simultaneously, we are expanding our non-commercial driver population through our relationships with various clinics.  The relationship with Concentra will assist us in achieving that growth."
