TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanzeon Solutions, Inc. (OTC:BB:CHCR) ("Advanzeon" or the "Company"), which provides behavioral health, substance abuse and pharmacy management services, as well as sleep apnea programs, to employers, Taft-Hartley health and welfare funds and managed care companies throughout the U.S. is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2015, it entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") for Procurement of Services with Nevada Health CO-OP ("NHC"). The MOU provides that Advanzeon will continue to provide services that it previously provided to NHC. Advanzeon further announced that, as part and parcel of the contemplated Agreement, it anticipates discussing with NHC various additional components of Advanzeon's programs that it believes will be advantageous for NHC to adopt.
Mark Heidt, President of Advanzeon Solutions, Inc., stated, "We are extremely pleased at being selected by Nevada Health CO-OP to service their population in the Nevada Northern Frontier. We believe this to be a direct result of the exemplary services that we provided to their members over the past year in the southern regions of Nevada.
