Titles Under Forbes Books and Advantage Books Imprints Focused on Such Themes as Sustainability, Philanthropy, and the Global Economy
CHARLESTON, S.C., Jan. 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Advantage––The Authority Company gave readers plenty of opportunities to gain insights and be inspired in 2024, publishing 162 books under its Forbes Books and Advantage Books imprints.
In the process, Advantage accomplished its goal of increasing its number of titles over 2023, when the company published 153 titles, and continued its mission of providing thought leaders with the opportunity to build their authority by telling their stories and sharing their knowledge and experience with the world.
"The combined Forbes Books and Advantage Books library saw net sales grow by 23% in 2024, a testament to our incredible authors and the efficacy of our book promotions team," says Adam Witty, founder and CEO of Advantage––The Authority Company. "We are focused on continuing that trend in 2025."
Advantage was helped by a steady fourth quarter as it closed out the final three months of the year by publishing 39 new titles––22 under the Forbes Books imprint and 17 under Advantage Books. These latest titles, widely available in bookstores, airports, and online, explore a diverse assortment of topics such as real estate, time management, the global economy, investing, leadership, philanthropy, and sustainability.
But Witty points out that building authority goes far beyond a book and Advantage continues to invest in media services, where it also had great success. The company created 36 new websites for authors, launched new products to enhance clients' social and content visibility, and placed 178 digital ads that resulted in 281,253 ad clicks and 29.5 million ad impressions.
Meanwhile, Advantage's public relations team arranged 1,183 media placements for clients. Some of the highlights included TV appearances on Good Morning America, CNN, Bloomberg, and Spectrum News; print interviews in the Wall Street Journal, Vogue, Fortune, Forbes, Vice, the New York Times, Business Insider, Newsweek, Entrepreneur, CBS News, and CNBC; and audio interviews on HBR IdeaCast, Fox News Radio, and Mayim Bialik's Breakdown podcast. Those placements resulted in 21.8 billion impressions.
Advantage anticipates even more growth in 2025. The company enters the New Year having recently formed a partnership with Entrepreneur Media to launch Entrepreneur Authorities, which will give entrepreneurs a platform to share their thought leadership and reach new audiences, and which also creates a new book publishing imprint, Entrepreneur Books.
