CLEVELAND, Nov. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Advance Partners has established a partnership with Equifax in order to provide an integrated software solution to help staffing firm clients manage Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance. The ACA is the most extensive health care legislation in decades, and it presents significant challenges for the temporary staffing industry. Integration of the ACA Management Platform from Equifax will allow clients of Advance to remain compliant with ACA regulations without spending hours on administrative tracking.
Temporary staffing firms have to abide by the same ACA regulations as other corporations; however, changes in their workforce can happen quickly and frequently. The software integration with Equifax will enable clients of Advance to calculate the impact of "Pay or Play" on their business, automatically track all employees and identify eligible, full time employees. Additionally, the platform will update automatically as changes to the law are rolled out, minimizing any compliance risks.
"The ACA presents unique challenges to the staffing industry," explains Matt Williams, Assistant General Counsel at Advance, "We have provided educational webinars, whitepapers and consultation to our clients in order to help them prepare for the ACA. Our partnership with Equifax now gives our clients the real-time resource they need for compliance once the requirements of this law go into effect on January 1, 2015."
