The Danish headquartered mobile SSP adQuota is expanding its Polish operation by acquiring mobile experienced entrepreneurs previously engaged in a joint venture with Adello Polska, adQuota's biggest competitor in Poland. The enterprise will continue under the brand adQuota Poland.
adQuota Poland is going to merge the operational activity of the two companies to form a new, bigger and improved entity. Since Adello is withdrawing from the Polish market to focus elsewhere, the shareholders of Adello in Poland, Looksoft and Rafal Staszkiewicz, will continue as minority shareholders of adQuota Poland. Rafal will become the Country Manager and Looksoft will be a strategic partner.
