Adoption Network Law Center 2013 Holiday Toy Drive to Benefit the Children of CHOC

LAKE FOREST, Calif., Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Adoption Network Law Center, the largest adoption law center in the US, launched an annual holiday Toy Drive to benefit the children of CHOC - Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Adoption Network Law Center reviews different charitable organizations to support.  Since opening its doors, CHOC has led the way in many areas of pediatric health care.  For more than 45 years, CHOC has been steadfastly committed to providing the highest quality medical care to children.  According to Kristin A.F. Yellin, ANLC's Chief Counsel, "Adoption Network Law Center wanted to bring joy to the children of CHOC this holiday season and recognize CHOC for their devotion to caring for children.  Over two million children count on CHOC for high quality medical services, regardless of their family's ability to pay." 

This year, CHOC is unable to accept donations in its main hospital lobby so Adoption Network Law Center will be collecting toys December 11^th -December 20^th and is asking for the public's assistance to ensure that a smile is placed upon each child at CHOC this holiday season.  If you wish to participate with a toy donation to benefit the children of CHOC, please bring unwrapped toys by December 20^th to ANLC's headquarters:

Durable, cleanable toys are most useful in the hospital setting and CHOC is always in need of activities for its teen population.  Play is one way CHOC meets the developmental, psychosocial, emotional and educational needs of its patients. 

ANLC is not able to accept the following items on behalf of CHOC: Stuffed animals, Hand-made blankets, hats, socks, etc, Get well cards, Big items (i.e. bikes, skate boards), VHS tapes, Used toys or collections, Clothing.
