SEBRING, Fla., Aug. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Next Generation Village, a full continuum of care treatment center operated by Advanced Recovery Systems, will begin treating patients on Mon., August 24, 2015. The facility will provide treatment for youth, ages 13-17, who struggle with addiction, substance abuse, and co-occurring mental health issues. Next Generation Village is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families and will pursue accreditation through Joint Commission.
Next Generation Village will offer detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programming utilizing traditional and evidence-based therapies. The center's industry-leading programs will address alcohol and drug addiction while focusing on underlying co-occurring disorders. In addition to providing comprehensive medical and clinical programming, academic services will be provided on site to ensure a fluid transition back to school once treatment is complete.
Carlos Garcia-Prieto, M.D., a bilingual expert in the behavioral healthcare industry, with more than 23 years of experience and specialties working with children, adolescents, and those with developmental disabilities, will serve as the Medical Director for Next Generation Village.
Next Generation Village is located on picturesque Lake Sebring in Sebring, Fla. at 1062 Lake Sebring Drive. The facility accepts most insurance policies and provides admission support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
