Administration Officials, Including Valerie Jarrett and Ray LaHood, to Address NLC Conference on Monday
WASHINGTON, March 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Local officials from across the country are in Washington, DC, this week for the National League of Cities' (NLC) 2010 Congressional City Conference. Valerie Jarrett, Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement will address the NLC delegation during the conference opening general session on Monday, March 15 at 9:00am.

Conference participants will meet with Administration and Congressional leaders to discuss topics important to cities and towns, including job creation, economic stability, transportation and infrastructure, energy and sustainability and housing stabilization.
