Adayana Government Group Awarded First Task Order Released Under the U.S. Postal Service Technology-based Course Development Blanket Purchase Agreement
WASHINGTON, June 13, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Adayana Government Group (AGG) won the first task order released under the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Technology-Based Course Development Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). AGG was awarded the USPS Safety Boot Camp task order to provide structured training for onboarding newly appointed Safety Specialists, Managers, Supervisors, and Facility Safety Coordinators. The BPA was awarded with a one-year base period beginning on February 8, 2013, along with four one-year renewal options.
The goal of the Safety Boot Camp project is to convert an existing two-day traditional Instructor-led training (ILT) course into nine eLearning training modules. AGG will design and develop the eLearning modules. Those modules will also include learner interactions, job aids, and Level 1 and Level 2 assessments. In addition to the eLearning modules, AGG will also create a 30-minute virtual ILT course for use by USPS Facilitators and conduct three virtual Train-the-Trainer sessions for Virtual Learning Facilitators.
"We look forward to partnering with the U.S. Postal Service again to support its safety training goals through our blended learning solutions," said Jeff Kidwell, President of Adayana Government Group.
Since 2005, AGG has supported USPS's learning and strategic communications initiatives, which include an award-winning branding and marketing campaign to help promote topics in safety awareness to postal workers and Web-based "Basic Medical Injury" training modules.
