PALO ALTO, Calif., May 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Adaptive Insights, Inc. today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined. Adaptive Insights intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "ADIN."
Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies LLC, and RBC Capital Markets, LLC will act as bookrunners for the proposed offering. JMP Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. will act as co-managers.
