Adam Belmar to Join Quinn Gillespie Communications
Former Bush White House Official and ABC Producer to Help Build PR Practice
WASHINGTON, Jan. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA) announced today that Adam Belmar, former Deputy Communications Director for President George W. Bush and former Senior Producer of the ABC television programs "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" and "Good Morning America," is joining the firm as a Director.
Belmar, who previously served as Vice President for Communications at R&R Partners, will serve in a leadership position in Quinn Gillespie Communications, which is part of the Quinn Gillespie & Associates public affairs firm.

Belmar has extensive television and digital communications experience, having run the Washington bureau of ABC's "Good Morning America," and served as the Senior Producer for "This Week with George Stephanopoulos." Belmar was also a producer at the McLaughlin Group and Tribune Broadcasting. He recently worked as a media consultant to the International Monetary Fund.
At the White House, Belmar developed and implemented messaging and visual communications strategies that advanced the President's policies and objectives. Issues included energy, defense, economic growth, health care, trade, homeland security, environment, and national volunteerism. During his tenure, he also managed production of all presidential addresses, events, TV interviews, press conferences and summits. Belmar also served as the senior communications officer responsible for pre-advance work for foreign Presidential travel, including visits to China, England, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Palestinian Territories, Saudi Arabia, Japan, South Korea, Ireland, Croatia, Ukraine, Romania, Bahrain, Kuwait, Thailand, Egypt, UAE, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ghana, Benin, Liberia and Peru.
