Keynote to Spotlight Three Paths to Better Understanding Customers
Closely tying to the event theme, Alter's keynote, "Three Paths to Understanding Your Customers," will explore how businesses, and channel partners in particular, can better understand and predict the behavior of their customers.
Tapping into his repertoire of studies on consumer psychology, Alter will walk the audience through how and why customers make purchasing decisions and share what companies can do to maximize the appeal of their products, services and solutions. Alter will present a number of interventions showing companies how to communicate more effectively and compellingly with customers and prospects.
