Tonight, Sims hosted a private rooftop event at 620 Loft & Garden in the heart of Rockefeller Center to celebrate Wendy's new premium Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad through a fashionable picnic event.

Sims helped guests escape into a summertime mindset with the freshest flavors found in the new summer salad, such as sweet California strawberries, savory Applewood Smoked bacon and rich crumbled blue cheese. Guests also styled the season's must-have looks and created their own salad-inspired jewelry.

"With the weather warming up, Wendy's newest salad reminds me of a backyard picnic back home in Kentucky," said Sims. "Strawberries signal the start of summer and what better way to celebrate my favorite season with the freshest tastes in a bowl!"

As part of Wendy's #NewSaladCollection contest with fashion website Polyvore.com, Sims, who has served as judge, showed guests how to create perfect summertime looks through her own Polyvore style board inspired by the new seasonal salad, followed by an interactive Q&A session, where she shared her tips for summer style and hosting a stylish backyard picnic.

Between now and June 15, fashionistas have one final chance to create their own style boards at Polyvore.com/Wendys to show the hottest summer looks using the Strawberry Fields Chicken Salad as inspiration. Sims will select her favorite style expressions and the winner will receive a $1,000 prize to stock up on the fashion finds they pinned.
