Action Products International, Inc. Issues Update on Corporate Filings

NEW YORK, Feb. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Action Products International, Inc. (OTC Pink: APII) is providing this company update related to upcoming submissions.

Action Products International, Inc. will be submitting an "Initial Company Information and Disclosure" document to OTC Markets to complete the process necessary for the removal of the YIELD sign.  This will complete the necessary steps for APII to be considered a fully reporting Pink Sheets company.

Teresa McWilliams, CFO for Action Products International, Inc., states, "The Company faced many challenges over the past several months gathering and compiling financial records from previous management.
