Acrisure Mortgage and DRB Group Announce Mortgage Joint Venture

Relationship brings dedicated home financing to DRB Group communities

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Acrisure Mortgage, LLC, one of the nation's top 25 residential mortgage lenders^[1], and DRB Group today announced the formation of DRB Mortgage, a mortgage joint venture designed to serve buyers across the east coast.

The joint venture pairs DRB Group's homebuilding expertise with Acrisure Mortgage's national lending platform, giving buyers a financing team that works alongside their builder from contract to closing. DRB Mortgage is expected to begin serving buyers in January 2027, subject to applicable licensing and regulatory approvals.
