The new ownership group, led by Stefan Timbrell and Joe Burns, has acquired Coldwell Banker Redpath of Hanover, NH. Ned Redpath, the founder of Coldwell Banker Redpath, remains with the company as a broker in the Hanover office. The acquisition by Country Houses Real Estate, founded in 1939, now positions Coldwell Banker Lifestyles as the largest Coldwell Banker affiliate in New Hampshire.
