MONTCHANIN, Del., Nov. 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Acorn Energy (Nasdaq: ACFN) a Delaware corporation headquartered in Montchanin, Delaware ( the "Company"), has been informed by the SEC that a Nevada corporation headquartered in Texas using the name Acorn Energy has been sued by the SEC. The SEC has further informed the Company that such lawsuit does not involve or relate to the Company.
