ACLJ: DOJ Memo Backing Obama's "Recess Appointments" Two Days Too Late -- "Smokescreen" to Cover Unconstitutional Actions

WASHINGTON, Jan. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), focusing on constitutional law, said today's release of a memo by the Department of Justice backing President Obama's "recess appointments" is legally flawed and is nothing more than a "smokescreen" to provide cover for his unconstitutional actions.
