ACEDS announces 2016 eDiscovery Conference in New York City

The Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) announces its seventh annual eDiscovery conference. This prestigious gathering brings together hundreds of eDiscovery professionals along with top judges, industry leaders and service providers to explore and collaborate on trending eDiscovery topics.

Why:

Expectations for eDiscovery professionals are increasing at a rapid clip. The annual conference will allow the community to share practices and theories around the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, newly issued guidelines for eDiscovery in criminal matters, and state bar associations' ethical requirements around technical competence.  The conference will have both legal and technical sessions to advance the skills and prospects of attendees. Human scale by design, the ACEDS annual conference is highly interactive and participatory. CLE for New York and California will be provided for selected sessions. The Annual ACEDS awards will be announced at the event.
