ACE Supports the American Red Cross with $28,070

NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Four years ago, American Red Cross volunteers helped ACE store manager, Aleshia Williams, recover from a house fire. Today, Williams and her colleagues are partners of their local American Red Cross and recently supported them with $28,070 during ACE's annual fundraiser, the Give a Little Campaign.

This campaign is a national in-store fundraiser that supports charities that are chosen by ACE employees. This year's Give a Little Campaign raised more than $358,000 nationally for the local chapters of AdoptAClassroom.org, American Red Cross, Back on My Feet, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, National Down Syndrome Society and the Stars Scholarship Fund.

Williams is a store manager in Terrytown, La. and said that she is grateful for the assistance that the American Red Cross gave her during her time of need.
