With this latest release, AccuFund builds on its popular user interface and offers new industry leading features that streamline and enhance government and nonprofit operations.

Version 6.02 highlights the following new additions now available with the AccuFund Accounting Suite:
AccuBot
AccuFund brings business automation to life in the Accounting Suite with the creation of "Intelligent Automation." Users can link disconnected processes together and automate steps of conditional processes within AccuFund. Common examples include notifying users when specific tasks are done, thresholds are met, or actions are completed, as well as automatically creating an invoice when a task/work order is completed.
Business Rules
This exciting new component tailors AccuFund to an organizations' unique business processes, internal controls, and workflow of business offices and accounting departments. AccuFund's Business Rules further enable clients to customize the software to work like they do. Business Rules are limitless in quantity, and popular requests include customizing vendor onboarding processes or adhering to unique posting rules.
Programs Module
The programs module creates a depository for non-accounting information within AccuFund. This enables tracking of key information such as important dates (start dates, deadlines), tasks, documents, billing rules, and other non-accounting information. Program managers will be able to benefit from the ability to view all relevant data (financial and non-financial) seamlessly in one centralized area.
Leave Management
In this exciting new module, employees can request leave, assets, or other resources defined by their organization, and their requests will be automatically routed to approvers. AccuFund Leave Management enables employees to be proactive in their request for leave time (vacation or sick), as well as request resources such as conference rooms and vehicles, etc. Customers can create approval levels to route new/different kinds of leave or resource requests, and/or add the requests to their existing approval tree for timesheets.
Version 6.02 of the AccuFund Accounting Suite also offers new features and enhancements to the following modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Client Accounting, Employee Portal, Financial Reports, Genera; Ledger, Grants, Human Resources, Payment Portal, Payroll, Representative Payee, Requisitions and Task Scheduler.

The AccuFund Accounting Suite Version 6.02 is available licensed both Cloud (SaaS) and on-premise and in Standard and Professional editions adding additional security.
