Accomplished healthcare attorney Tara Goff Kamradt joins the Chicago office of McDonald Hopkins

CHICAGO, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Well-respected healthcare and corporate attorney Tara Goff Kamradt, formerly a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP, has joined McDonald Hopkins LLC as a member in the Business Department. Based in the firm's Chicago office, Kamradt is working with a team of more than 25 highly skilled attorneys in the firm's national healthcare practice.

Kamradt represents a broad range of closely held business, physician groups and other healthcare providers, with significant experience in the dialysis industry. Her more than 20 years of experience includes counseling client organizations related to their formation, growth, succession planning, and preparation for sale or other liquidation events. She structures joint venture relationships, medical director agreements, pharmaceutical and disposable supply contracts, and other commercial arrangements with third parties. Kamradt has represented a number of family owned businesses with respect to acquisitions, divestures and other change of control transactions.

Kamradt's commitment to the healthcare field extends to her community activities. She serves on several boards including the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana and the Chicago Center of Family Health.

Kamradt earned a J.D. from New York Law School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
