In this role, Mark will build initiatives, programs and practices to support Accolade's inclusion and diversity objectives, including engaging external partners. He also will drive continuous awareness and education efforts among all employees.

Mark has worked in the diversity and inclusion field since 2000 at a variety of companies, including Grainger, Miller Brewing Company and, most recently, AbbVie. He also held several senior positions at executive search firms. Mark earned his undergraduate and his MBA degrees at the University of Notre Dame, where he was a running back on the 1988 National Championship team. After college, he was selected in the 1989 NFL draft by the Chicago Bears, where he played for five years.
