Access Systems, Inc. Taps Business Development Expert to Lead GWAC Contracts Team
RESTON, Va., Feb. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Access Systems, Inc. (ACCESS), an information technology (IT) solutions provider headquartered in Reston, Va., today named Harry T. Lackey, III, as director of GWAC and IDIQ contracts. He will generate new sales through ACCESS' existing contract vehicles, which include Department of Justice ITSS-3/4, Department of Homeland Security EAGLE/2, and the General Service Administration's Alliant SB contract.
Lackey will pursue additional business for ACCESS in the federal marketplace, with a particular emphasis on relationships with the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security and other Federal agencies. Based in Reston, Lackey reports directly to ACCESS CTO and CIO, Jeff Sacks.
Lackey comes to ACCESS with more than seven years of sales and business development experience, with responsibility for multi-billion dollar accounts. With a career in defense, civilian and commercial markets, he has held business development roles with Professional Alternative, Comsys, and Xerox Corporation. His past accounts include Citibank, Verizon, Sybase, First Data Corp, Lockheed Martin and ManTech.
Lackey earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business technology from Stevenson University in Maryland and holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
