Access Group Named 'Top Workplace' by Wilmington, Delaware News Journal

WILMINGTON, Del., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Access Group, a nonprofit originator and servicer of private education loans and third party servicer, was recently named a "Top Workplace" in an annual competition sponsored by Delaware's The News Journal. The organization was named a "Top Workplace" in the Midsize Companies category. Ninety employers throughout Delaware took part in the workplace analysis survey representing 13,522 employees and 7.9% of Delaware's working population.

Contest results were based on answers to an electronic survey, conducted by Workplace Dynamics, in which participating employees were asked to rate their workplace on issues such as quality of life in the business environment, company culture, leadership, quality of employees, training, benefits and pay scale. The survey was disseminated to businesses in 13 of the state's business sectors including financial services and insurance, health care, hospitality, education, nonprofit, professional services and retail. This is the fourth time Access Group has been recognized in the "Best in the Business" competition. This was the second year in a row and the fourth time overall the company has been recognized as a Top Workplace.
