ACC Runs Issue Ads Supporting Senators Blunt, Portman and Toomey
WASHINGTON, Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Chemistry Council (ACC) announced today that it has launched advertisements complimenting Sens. Roy Blunt (R-MO), Rob Portman (R-OH) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) for their support of policies that will grow the economy and foster job creation in their respective states and America as a whole.
"As representatives of one of the nation's largest manufacturing sectors, ACC wants to acknowledge these Senators' hard work and bipartisan leadership in Washington on key issues that affect the chemistry industry," explained ACC President and CEO Cal Dooley. "Their support of practical policies that keep taxes low and strengthen our economy has been critical to America's manufacturing sector and small businesses around the country."
These advertisements are part of a seven-figure ad campaign running across three states commending these three U.S. Senators for their support of pro-business policies. The ads will run for two weeks throughout Missouri, Ohio and Pennsylvania, respectively, and encourage constituents to contact the offices of the Senators to tell them to keep up the good work.
