ACC Launches Ads Highlighting Sen. Moran And Rep. Pompeo
Ads focus on their teamwork fighting for Kansas industries
WASHINGTON, July 19, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Chemistry Council (ACC) announced today that it has launched advertisements commending Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) and Congressman Mike Pompeo (R-Kan.-04) for their strong leadership in Congress and shared dedication to the agriculture and aviation industries in Kansas.
"Working together, Sen. Moran and Rep. Pompeo have been champions for our economy and industry overall. By supporting pro-business policies that keep taxes low, these conservative leaders have created an environment where family businesses can thrive," explained ACC President and CEO Cal Dooley. "Kansas can rely on the combined leadership of Kansas's Moran and Pompeo in Washington."
"Kansas chemistry ships one billion dollars' worth of products to customers around the world," Dooley continued. "Because of chemistry's impact in the state and as representatives of one of the nation's largest manufacturing sectors, we believe their leadership in Congress will benefit our industry, job creators and the economy as a whole."
The ads will run for two weeks in select markets in South-Central Kansas, primarily in Wichita and the surrounding areas, and encourage constituents to contact the offices of both the Senator and the Congressman to tell them to keep fighting for Kansas values.
